I am comtemplating cutting my hair again...I need opinions on whether to keep it long or go with a short bob again....thoughts??

My Birthday...continued!

So, how is it I could blog about my birthday without telling you what Jeremy got me??? Ta-da!! That would be a Porche Cayman S! She's a beauty, ain't she??

Haha! Just joking. In reality, my friend Geoff, who works for the VW dealership here in Anchorage brought it over from their lot and took me for a birthday spin! And I will tell you what...that car is FAST and boy howdy do you get noticed! Yowza...talk about HOT!

My Birthday!

I had my 28th birthday yesterday. Jeremy planned the whole thing and did a GREAT job! We had some people over for hamburgers and strawberry short cake and then he took us all to the little amusement park and we rode go carts! We had so much fun!!!Barb had so much fun...as you can see by her face!! :)Jeremy and Isaac trying to beat each other.Jenn and Kendra and I were remembering that it has been 9 years since we really all met, which was at my 19th birthday party in Ketchikan!! We've all come a long way, but God has been good! It was good to have them for another birthday!

Pink Party!!!!

Birthday Girl!!My friend Crystal turned 26 on May 25th, so I threw her a pink party. I stole the idea from Puff Daddy, or P Ditty, or whatever the *beep* he calls himself now. While I am not particularly a fan of his, I read once that he throws "color parties" every year or maybe it was just once....anyway, I thought it was a cool idea. The idea being, everything has to be whatever color the party is...in this case, pink! So, we had pink filled Oreos, pink Whoppers, pink Jelly Bellys, pink lemonade, I made a pink cake, and of course, everyone was required to wear pink! We had a great time eating all the pink treats and Crystal opened all her presents, which turned out to all be pink, and then we played a modified version of pictionary. Long story short, we had a total blast!

Jenn & Kendra being oh so pretty...in pink!!So much pink food!!! Now, I know this cake is a far cry from Becky's, but Seattle was just too far for me to drive to get a cake, so I had to do it myself!! :)

Homer Memorial Day

We went camping on the Homer Spit this Memorial Day. As always, it was enjoyable and beautiful!! It was overcast and windy in the evenings, but God blessed us with blue skies during the day!!

A few eagles made an appearance....they're such majestic creatures!!This was Audrey's first really long camping trip. She did very, very well. She's only 5 months old and already the same size as Josie...I have a feeling she's going to be a big dog!Josie made a little nest for herself out of this clump of beach grass.Here are Kendra and I the most cold, windy evening by the fire...it was chilly!!!!!!!!
