A Sunday Surprise!!

We were preparing to roast hotdogs Sunday afternoon when the doorbell rang. And who was it? Mr Linder!!!! Seeing him in Anchorage was so out of context that it took me a second to recognize him when I answered the door! It brought back one of my first memories of Ketchikan when he and Derek came over and sang Christmas carols!!

He is in Anchorage for business and dropped by to say hello and to check up on John!
Kendra and I had gone on a walk just prior, so she just happened to be at our house as well, so he got to see everyone!!! It was great to see him and catch up...what a blessing!!!

Hi Olivia,

What a great picture of you all. How cool that Ken could stop by to say hello. We had a nice chat ourselves with John that afternoon. We're so thankful that he is healing up nicely.

We hope you're having great weather, we enjoyed a beautiful sunny day in the mid 60s!

Love,

Rosie, Scott and Jenna

Thanks for being home when I happened to be in your neighborhood. It was a good reminder that this life is all about people and how the Lord has woven our lives together for His purposes. It was not only great to see you and catch up on the news in your lives, but also to see how well John is doing. If that were not enough, having Kendra and Jen there too--it was a bit overwhelming! Thanks again for letting me crash your party.

Love and hugs to you.

Hey, who's the good lookin' guy by Kendra? Must be my Dad! Thanks for posting the pic. Olivia, sometime my Dad and I will have to stand at your front door and sing carols again!
